Interagency Council on Homelessness

The Rhode Island Interagency Council on Homelessness (RI-ICH) was reconvened in December 2024 to coordinate homelessness prevention and response across state government agencies. The Executive Office of Housing has developed a Housing Organization Report that recommends updates to the ICH statute to better align functions across the Executive Office, the Continuum of Care, and the ICH — that report can be found here.
