The 2024 Landlord Tenant Handbook is a comprehensive guide to landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities was developed in collaboration with the Rhode Island Center for Justice, HousingWorks RI, and Rhode Island Legal Services. It is available in both English and Spanish.

Health and Safety Resources
