State Housing Investments Dashboard
The Executive Office of Housing and RIHousing work together to support the development and preservation of affordable housing across Rhode Island. The map and table below highlight housing projects that have received state housing incentives since 2021, including the number of projects and housing units in each municipality. Projects that received only state funding before 2021 are not included.
Twenty-six of Rhode Island's 39 municipalities are home to at least one project supported by these state housing incentive programs.
The table also shows the federal funding leveraged by these state investments, including funding awarded through the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
