Programs

The Executive Office of Housing (EOH) leads Rhode Island’s efforts to expand access to safe, affordable, and sustainable housing. Through a range of state-funded and state-run programs, EOH supports residents across all income levels, from renters and first-time homebuyers to developers and municipalities working to create housing opportunities.

Our programs address key housing needs by promoting affordable rental housing, supporting homeownership, revitalizing communities, and repurposing underutilized properties.
