PRO Housing Developer Capacity Fund
In 2024 the RI Executive Office of Housing (EOH) was awarded a $3.8M PRO Housing grant by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address barriers to housing production in the state, with a focus on Bristol and Washington Counties.
With this funding, EOH is making $305,000 in PRO Housing grant funding available to nonprofits to strengthen their capacity to develop affordable housing in the target counties.
