Housing 2030 Municipal Neighborhood Revitalization Program
The Executive Office of Housing has made $5.2 million available to support a new bond funded initiative: Housing 2030 Municipal Neighborhood Revitalization Program. This program was created with the goal of catalyzing the transformational acquisition and redevelopment of blighted properties by municipalities that would otherwise not easily be redeveloped without public investment.
This program is only open to municipalities, municipal redevelopment agencies, and other municipal public bodies.
Eligible activities include property acquisition, environmental cleanup, site preparation, and predevelopment planning, such as architectural and engineering studies.
