Homelessness and Community Supports
Applications for the Rhode Island Executive Office of Housing's Winter Response Grant will open on August 14, 2026, and will be open until funds are fully obligated or December 31, 2026, whichever is first. Funding will support new or expanded Seasonal Emergency Shelter and other Flexible Winter Response Projects to help strengthen Rhode Island’s homelessness response system during the winter months.
