Pretreatment Guide for Street Outreach – Jay Levy Training

This training provides practical guidance for street outreach workers on how to build trust, engage people who may not be ready to accept services, and use a pretreatment approach to support people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. The focus is on strategies outreach workers can use in their day-to-day interactions to strengthen engagement and help people move toward housing, treatment, and other needed services.
